We research, inspect, furnish and manage these units so we have greater control over amenities and locations. In addition, because we manage our own housing, it is easier for us to honor roommate requests. We also have greater control in standardizing our own units. With university or other third-party housing, we have less control over amenities and roommate allocations because these units are managed by others.

We are flexible and can accommodate the majority of roommate requests because we manage our own program housing. Even if your desired roommate is attending a different university location within your city, we should be able to place you together in the same unit. We also administer housing questionnaires and preference forms to help us match compatible roommates.
